Decree of the Government of Georgia #1215-1 

On the approval of the Regional Development Programme of Georgia for 2015-2017

In pursuance to the Decree of the Government of Georgia #1315, paragraph 4, dated September 10, 2013 on the “Preparation of the Regional Development Programme of Georgia for 2015-2017” to be approved:

1.The Regional Development Programme of Georgia for 2015-2017 (hereinafter the Programme) (Annex #1).

2.The Programme Guideline Form in support of the monitoring of the Programme. (Annex 2).

3.The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Ministry and Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Ministry of Justice of Georgia                    shall ensure the implementation of the Programme Measures as envisaged through the Programme approved by this Decree and within the allocated funds as established by the Georgian  legislation.

4.For the efficient monitoring of the implementation of the Programme Priorities and Programme Measures, the Ministries addressed in paragraph 3 of this Decree shall ensure the submission of information - in conformity with the Annex 2 approved by this Decree -  to the Governmental Commission on Regional Development (created by resolution # 172 of the Government of Georgia, dated on 25 June, 2010 about “creation of the Government Commission on Regional Development and on the approval of the Regional Development State Strategy for 2010-2017”),  - the preliminary information - no later than 30thof September of the current year, and the precise one – no later than December 30thof the current and each following year.

5.The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia shall ensure the organizational-technical support for the implementation of the measures defined in paragraph 4 of this Decree.
